At The Naughty List KC, we aim to provide a great experience for all guests. Please review our return policy before purchasing tickets.

1. Change or Cancellation Policy

• 7-Day Prior Change or Cancellation: You may change or cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to your scheduled event date. Cancellations or changes made within this timeframe require canceling your ticket and rebooking for an available date.

• Rebooking Process: For any changes, you will need to cancel your current reservation and rebook for a new date, subject to availability.

2. Event Cancellations or Postponements

• Cancellations by The Naughty List KC: If we cancel the event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

• Postponements: In the case of a rescheduled event, your original ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, contact us at info@thenaughtylistkc.com to discuss options.
  

3. No-Show Policy

• No refunds or rebooking options are available if you fail to attend your scheduled event without prior notice.
